How it works

Getaway gear delivers seven days a week 10 AM to 6 PM. Alternate times can’t be arranged based on availability 

Getaway gear does not have a storefront  however we do have a self serve. Pick up location on Hilton Head.

When ordering

From the homepage select the products would like to rent

All items have been selected, proceed to the checkout

Phil out all information on the reservation forms

We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours of order

You may always email or text getaway gear directly for any questions or assistance

Deliveries

We deliver seven days a week, 10 AM to 6 PM 

Set up is available if we can get access to the unit during our delivery times  

Set up is not guaranteed

Please read to avoid any additional fees

Hilton Head Savannah, Georgia Kiawah Island fripp island and others have gated communities. These gated communities have vendor curfew hours and restrictions  

Some including weekend, deliveries, holiday deliveries, and deliveries after 5 PM

If a delivery or pick up needs to be rescheduled due to customer or property manager, not providing required details, gate codes passes there will be a return fee charged to the credit card on file

If you are in a gated community, please notify security guard at the gate that you have a scheduled delivery from getaway gear. Gates are not manned so please leave us the gate code please note drivers will only wait. 10 minutes then we will need to reschedule the delivery for the next day.

We work with several of the property management companies and resorts most of the companies are accommodating to vendors for early delivery. no one need to be at the home for delivery. We can leave on the front porch at the door or in garage.

Always be sure to let your host or property manager know there will be a delivery from getaway gear

Hotels we delivered to all the local hotels.

We will leave all items at the front desk. Please return all items to the front desk upon departure.  

Order changes

making change to the order is very easy. Getaway gear offers and edit feature online or email or text us.  Please note all changes are subject to availability. If changes are requested day of delivery they will be delivered the next day.

When making changes from the homepage, select my orders, tab into your login information here you can view and edit your order. Once done editing be sure to click the confirm order updates button at the bottom of the page

Billing information charges are made to the credit card on file upon check out any refunds or adjustments due to order changes or cancellations will be applied to the credit card to place the order. Please be mindful cancellation, time frames terms and condition.
