Cancellation policy
All items may be canceled within 24 hours with no penalties All items may be canceled with no penalties prior to 14 days to delivery a cancellation requested within the 14 to 7 days there will be 50% refund. No refunds within seven days of delivery
Refunds
There are no refunds on terminations. There are no refunds in order has been delivered please inspect all items within 24 hours of arrival if anything is broken or missing please let us know 24 hour timeframe. We will correct the situation within 24 hours after the 24 hours there will be no refunds or exchanges.
Cancellation policy for orders cancellations received within 14 days of a holiday delivery there is no refund.
Delivery delivery and pick up
we deliver seven days a week between the hours of 8 AM to 6 PM. We require a minimum window of time during the holiday season if something is missing or broken we will bring a replacement within 24 hours.
Be mindful, many locations are gated communities and have vendor curfew hours and restrictions also be mindful. We do need gate codes and property management information prior to delivery.
We will try to leave all items inside, but occasionally, we are bound by restrictions and must leave items on the front porch in the garage or back porch.
Damages/lost or stolen products
We ask all items be rinsed of sand all crumbs are removed from high chairs and car seats and strollers and wagons. If any products require professional cleaning for a third-party cleaning fee will be assessed and applied to the credit card on file. Please be aware some items are not beach friendly. If these items are taken to the beach, there will be a replacement fee associated. Renter is responsible for any and all damage loss or theft of rental equipment and agrees to pay for any replacements.
Customer is expected to return items with accessories and parts, intact and in proper working condition, any excess damage to rental equipment aside from normal wear will be repaired or replaced depending on the condition at the expense of the renter Any additional fees, resulting from lost theft, repair or replacement will apply to the credit card on file Please note if an item is missing from hotel car rental place of rental getaway gear will give renter 72 hours to work with that location to retrieve items it is not responsibility of getaway gear to find or locate lost equipment from renters destination after 72 hour time items are not retrieved. The card on file will be charged full cost of the item any extra may result in fees.
Car seat installation car seats cannot be installed by staff member associated with getaway gear due to liability and insurance purposes. Car seat information and installation will be posted on the car seats.
